Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Synergic Solutions LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as Rolevora ("Rolevora," "we," "us"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms at sign-up, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read Section 8 carefully — it requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration and waives class actions, except where prohibited by law.

1. The Service; you direct the automation

Rolevora is an AI co-pilot for job applications. It stores and parses your résumé, imports job descriptions you bring, drafts tailored cover letters and résumé variants, remembers your application answers, and — at your direction and under your review — helps fill and submit applications through our browser extension. You are the applicant and you are in control. Rolevora acts as your tool and agent, performing actions you initiate and approve. Nothing is submitted to an employer without your review. Rolevora does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account, for providing accurate information, and for notifying security@rolevora.com of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. AI-generated content — your responsibility

Rolevora uses AI to generate drafts. You are responsible for reviewing every AI- generated output before it is submitted to an employer. AI can produce errors or fabricated details; our truthfulness check is best-effort, not a guarantee. Do not submit content containing false statements about your education, employment, skills, certifications, or work authorization. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of anything you submit via the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent your background, qualifications, identity, or work authorization, or submit false or fraudulent information; harass, defraud, or harm anyone; access another user's account or data; reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; use the Service or extension to violate any third-party terms (the extension is read-only on LinkedIn by design); submit malware or illegal content; or resell the Service without our written permission. You will not use Rolevora to apply on behalf of anyone other than yourself. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Sensitive and EEO self-identification data

Applications may include voluntary demographic (EEO) questions (e.g. race/ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status). Providing this data to Rolevora is entirely optional. Accepting these Terms does not provide EEO consent. Only the separate EEO consent screen can authorize encrypted storage and use on an ATS page you are actively completing, as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and your own, and you may withhold, edit, or delete it and withdraw consent at any time without losing access to the rest of the Service.

6. Automation and third-party sites

The Service can help you complete and submit applications on third-party sites (employer career pages, applicant tracking systems, job boards). You authorize Rolevora to act on your behalf at your direction, and you review each application before submission. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of every third-party siteyou use the Service with; some platforms restrict automated interaction, and you assume the risk of your use. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or how they handle data you submit to them.

7. Plans, billing, and credits

At launch, paid plans are available only to United States customers in USD. Rolevora offers Free and Pro plans. Pro costs USD $19.99 monthly or USD $49.99 for three months, plus applicable taxes. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the same interval and then-current price until canceled, and you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal. You may cancel from Plan & Billing at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and access continues until then. Refund eligibility, including first-purchase and unintended- renewal windows, is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We will give advance notice of price increases. Stripe processes payments; Rolevora does not store full payment-card numbers. Rolevora is a product of Synergic Solutions LLC, and charges appear on card and bank statements as SYNERGIC SOLUTIONS.

8. Disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that AI content will be accurate, or that use will result in any interview, offer, or employment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill (including lost job opportunities); Rolevora's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100. You agree to indemnify Rolevora against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, content you submit, or your violation of a third-party site's terms.

Dispute resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact legal@rolevora.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Except for small-claims matters, intellectual-property injunctions, and claims that cannot be arbitrated or waived under applicable law, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules and seated in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You and Rolevora agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as part of a class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@rolevora.com.

Governing law and language. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision, the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms and related notices are written in English; if a translation is provided, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email and posted here with a new effective date. You may close your account at any time from Settings; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination do so.
